How We Work
Determining how to sell silver items will depend to some extent on the items and amount of material you wish to sell. More information is provided below.
Consumers
Jewelry, Coins, Bars, Silver Tableware, Etc...
- Fill out our Request an Estimate form or call us at (800)835-0478 with a description of your material. We will provide an estimate of your dollar return if possible and quote you our fees.
- Complete a packing slip and AML form and ship us your material via the method of your choice. We recommend USPS priority mail.
- We will review your material and mail payment to you in 21 business days after material is processed. Typical process time is from 7 to 14 business days. For items that need additional analytical testing (unmarked jewelry, non-minted bars) payment time can be slightly longer.
Industrial Customers
Fill out our contact form or contact call us at (800) 835-0478 with details on the type of material you have, and we will provide a customized estimate and arrange for a trial. Common materials from industrial processes that can be refined for their precious metal content include:
